Technical side
CitoVoice will be connected through one or more analog od ISDN lines with your existing PABX.
On the other side CitoVoice will be connected to your DSL or other Internet connection.
Your existing telephone system will not be altered.
You can connect additional IP Phones to your network with full functionality.

Users Side
Existing phones will be used like before. If they want to call IP Phones or another IP connected office they will dial first the internal number of your CitoVoice and after that this desired number.
IP Phones will dial directly the desired number.
Setting up IP Phone Numbers
The numbers for the IP phones and the different offices can be freely choosen. Normaly every office will have code (for example the city prefix) and the phones will have their standard extension.
